Siuslaw Vikings Girls Soccer 1-1 Lost River / Bonanza

Siuslaw's girls soccer team came away with a 1-1 draw Thursday night, splitting points with Lost River/Bonanza in a 3A/2A/1A-SD3 Special District 3 league road matchup. The Vikings, out of Florence, Oregon, made the trip to face Lost River/Bonanza and left with a hard-fought result that keeps them in the thick of the conference standings. With the draw, Siuslaw moves to 5-5-2 overall and sits at 5-3 in league play. A single goal for each side defined a tight, competitive contest, and the Vikings showed enough resolve on the road to avoid a loss in a game that carried real league implications. The result adds a measure of stability to a season that has seen Siuslaw navigate both wins and setbacks across a demanding schedule. With conference play winding down, the Vikings will look to build on this momentum and close out the regular season strong, knowing every remaining league point could shape their postseason positioning.
