Reedsport Braves Girls Volleyball 0-3 North Douglas

North Douglas swept Reedsport 3-0 in girls volleyball Thursday, handing the Reedsport, Oregon-based Sunset Conference (2A) program a non-league road defeat. The Bucks dropped all three sets on the road at North Douglas, falling to 3-11 on the season. Without a detailed box score available, the final result tells the story of a night where North Douglas controlled play from start to finish, not allowing Reedsport to find the momentum needed to take a set. Road non-league contests like this one can be tough measuring sticks, giving younger players and developing lineups a chance to see where they stand against outside competition. The loss adds another challenge to what has been a building season for Reedsport. The Bucks will look to bounce back as Sunset Conference play continues, with opportunities ahead to gain ground in the league standings. Reedsport's next match will give the program a chance to regroup and respond.
