North Bend Bulldogs Girls Volleyball 3-2 Phoenix

A gutsy five-set road victory lifted the North Bend girls volleyball team to a 3-2 win over Phoenix on Saturday, giving the Sky-Em League (4A) program from North Bend, Oregon a hard-fought non-league triumph. The Bulldogs trailed in the match but battled back to claim the decisive fifth set and secure the win away from home. North Bend improved to 4-6 on the season with the victory, a result that carries real weight for a squad that has been searching for momentum in the second half of the non-league schedule. Winning a five-set match on the road against a determined Phoenix squad speaks to the resilience this group is developing. With league play approaching, the Bulldogs will look to build on this confidence-boosting performance. North Bend returns to action next week with a chance to string together wins and head into Sky-Em League competition with some positive energy behind them.
