Coquille Red Devils Girls Volleyball 3-0 Illinois Valley

Coquille volleyball kept its perfect record intact Thursday night, sweeping Illinois Valley 3-0 in a non-league home match at Coquille, Oregon. The Red Devils, members of the Sunset Conference (2A), improved to 5-0 on the season with the convincing three-set victory.

The sweep continued a strong early-season run for Coquille, which has now won all five of its matches without dropping a set in this contest. Illinois Valley provided the opposition in what served as a tune-up outside of conference play, and the Red Devils responded with another polished performance on their home floor.

For a Coquille squad building toward Sunset Conference competition, the unbeaten start carries real momentum. Each non-league win adds confidence and sharpens the rotations coach and players will rely on when league play intensifies.
